So I'm just a, I'm going to show you a quick method on how I just basically break them open, shake off the guts

clean off any little membrane and uh and lumb gills and things like that pretty simple pretty quick

okay so i usually generally like to keep the crab on ice gets them a little more lethargic

most of them are pretty lethargic except for this guy he's pretty he's still pretty

gung-ho so what i do is uh whoa it's actually a good example i like to put my fingers

underneath well okay i like to put my fingers underneath well okay i like to put my finger

underneath over top of the craws over top like that and then put this on top so it

kind of protects me so you can't snap me and then I'm gonna use a hard surface

usually this one's easier what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna just crack it right on here

that's how usually I do it's a quick way to do it I just take off the top like that or rip off the legs

That's pretty quick. You can just take that off. There's a membrane there too

like that sort of texture but that's pretty much it just rinsing these off little sand on

All right, we got boiling water. So let's start adding. I'm not going to do all these today

Some that. So as you can see, we're just boiling the crab here for about 15 minutes

I'm using two and a half crabs for this recipe, so I'm going to try with that and we'll see how it goes

The measurements that I'm doing will be, I'll probably do a post on the site where I'll

outline all the measurements. But yeah, usually it's about two to three crabs for this, for this recipe

And because these guys were a little bit smaller, I'm going to do two and a half crabs. So two crabs, two good size ones would be perfect
